Our Teen Taekwondo Program for Ages 13-17 features dynamic 50-minute sessions designed for growing young adults. Teenage years can be an exciting and sometimes challenging time. The training we offer at our studios will fill your child with the confidence to make good choices in life. We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character.
